One of the largest (and most notorious) tents on the fairgrounds. This baby holds 10,000 screaming crazy people. It's the only tent I know of where you can buy a bier while not having a place to sit. Most all other tents require a person to be sitting at a table before the Bier Frau takes your order. But here, in front of the band, there is a central area called "The Pig Pen" where you can stand at tall tables and party. |
| People come from all over the world to experience this tent. Many international folk are here; especially Italian's, Brit's, Aussie's, the Irish and American's. Expect to see a lot of craziness in this tent. And if you are happening to stand towards the middle of the tent, under Aloisius, be prepared to take a shower...in bier! |

This tent is not for the faint of heart and if you don't like crowds, then avoid this tent on Fridays and especially Saturdays. This year, München-TV is broadcasting nightly from this tent starting at 6PM local. You may recall that they used to be at the Winzerer-Fähnd'l. Tune in to see the craziest tent on the Wiesn!
